  SECTION 494.0018. Penalties.

  • 1(1) 2Whoever knowingly violates any provision of s. 9494.00255(1)(a), 10(b), or (c) or s. 15494.0025(1), 16(2), (3), (4), or (5), except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 42775.082, 43s. 44775.083, 45or s. 47775.08448. Each such violation constitutes a separate offense.
    56(2) 57Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, in which the total value of money and property unlawfully obtained exceeds $50,000 and there are five or more victims, commits a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 99775.082, 100s. 101775.083, 102or s. 104775.084105.
