  SECTION 493.6304. Security officer school or training facility.

  • 1(1) 2Any school, training facility, or instructor who offers the training specified in s. 15493.6303(4) 16for Class “D” applicants shall, before licensure of such school, training facility, or instructor, file with the department an application accompanied by an application fee in an amount to be determined by rule, not to exceed $60. The fee is not refundable.
    58(2) 59The application shall be signed and verified by the applicant under oath as provided in s. 7592.525 76and must contain, at a minimum, the following information:
    85(a) 86The name and address of the school or training facility and, if the applicant is an individual, her or his name, address, and social security or alien registration number.
    115(b) 116The street address of the place at which the training is to be conducted.
    130(c) 131A copy of the training curriculum and final examination to be administered.
    143(3) 144The department shall adopt rules establishing the criteria for approval of schools, training facilities, and instructors.
