SECTION 489.558. Penalties and prohibitions.

1(1) 2Any person who violates any provision of this part commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 23775.082 24or s. 26775.08327. 28(2) 29The department may deny a registration if it determines that an applicant does not meet all requirements of this part or has violated any provision of this part. Any applicant aggrieved by such denial shall be entitled to a hearing, after reasonable notice thereof, upon filing a written request for such hearing in accordance with chapter 120.
