- 1The board shall by rule establish fees to be paid as follows:
13(1) 14Examination application fee, not to exceed $150;
21(2) 22Examination fee, not to exceed $175, which is refundable if the applicant is found to be ineligible to take the examination;
43(3) 44Reexamination fee, not to exceed $175;
50(4) 51Initial licensure fee, not to exceed $600;
58(5) 59Trainee registration fee, not to exceed $100; and
67(6) 68Biennial renewal fee, not to exceed $600.
