SECTION 482.191. Violation and penalty.

1(1) 2It is unlawful to solicit, practice, perform, or advertise in pest control except as provided by this chapter.
20(2) 21A person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 44775.082 45or s. 47775.08348.
49(3) 50Any person who violates any rule of the department relative to pest control is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 77775.082 78or s. 80775.08381.
