SECTION 482.1821. Closing pest control business without providing for contracts and liabilities.

1A licensee may not close its pest control business and open up a new pest control business under a different name without providing for meeting or satisfying its outstanding pest control contracts and liabilities. However, the department may waive this requirement if the licensee has filed for bankruptcy and reached agreement with its creditors on the terms for disposing of existing debts and obligations.
