1(1) 2The department is empowered to enforce this chapter.
10(2) 11It is the duty of every state attorney, sheriff, police officer, and other appropriate county or municipal officer to enforce, or to assist any duly authorized inspector or other agent of the department in the enforcement of, this chapter and the rules adopted by the department under the provisions of this chapter.
63(3) 64The department may commence and maintain all proper and necessary actions and proceedings:
77(a) 78To enforce its rules.
82(b) 83To make application for injunction to the proper circuit court, and the judge of that court has jurisdiction, upon hearing and for cause shown, to grant a temporary injunction or a permanent injunction, or both, restraining a person from violating or continuing to violate any of the provisions of this chapter or of the rules adopted under this chapter or from failing or refusing to comply with the requirements of this chapter or of the rules adopted under this chapter.
163(4) 164The department, or its agent, is authorized to enter upon any public or private premises or carrier during regular business hours in the performance of its duties relating to pesticides and records pertaining to same.
