SECTION 475.6171. Issuance of registration or certification.

1The registration or certification of an applicant may be issued upon receipt by the board of the following:
19(1) 20A complete application indicating compliance with qualifications as specified in s. 31475.61532.
33(2) 34Proof of successful course completion as specified in s. 43475.61744.
45(3) 46Proof of experience for certification as specified in s. 55475.61756.
57(4) 58If required, proof of passing a written examination as specified in s. 70475.61671.
72(5) 73The board shall implement this section by rule.
