SECTION 475.486. Rules; violations.

1(1) 2The commission shall adopt such rules as are necessary to effect the efficient administration of ss. 18475.48219-20475.48621.
22(2) 23It is unlawful for any person or the person’s agent to file with the commission any notice, statement, or other document required under the provisions of ss. 50475.48251-52475.486 53which is false or contains any material misstatement of fact. Any person who violates the provisions of this subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 86775.082 87or s. 89775.08390.
