SECTION 475.485. Investment of the fund.

1The funds in the Real Estate Recovery Fund may be invested by the Chief Financial Officer under the same limitations as apply to investment of other state funds, and the interest earned thereon shall be deposited to the credit of the Real Estate Recovery Fund and shall be available for the same purposes as other moneys deposited in the Real Estate Recovery Fund.
