SECTION 475.03. Delegation of powers and duties; legal services.

1(1) 2Any of the duties and powers of the commission, except disciplinary powers and the power to adopt rules, may be delegated, by resolution, to any member; but the chair may exercise such duties and powers without such resolution.
40(2) 41Subject to the prior approval of the Attorney General, the commission may retain independent legal counsel to provide legal advice to the commission on a specific matter.
68(3) 69No attorney employed or utilized by the commission shall prosecute a matter and provide legal services to the commission with respect to the same matter.
