SECTION 469.011. Authority to make rules.

1The department shall adopt rules pursuant to ss. 9120.536(1) 10and 11120.54 12to implement the provisions of this chapter. In developing the rules, the department shall consider related Florida Statutes and the rules promulgated thereunder, the criteria established in the Environmental Protection Agency Guidelines, and AHERA, ASHARA, NESHAP, and OSHA regulations.
