  SECTION 468.709. Fees.

  • 1(1) 2The board shall, by rule, establish fees for the following purposes:
    13(a) 14An application fee, not to exceed $100.
    21(b) 22An initial licensure fee, not to exceed $200.
    30(c) 31A biennial renewal fee, not to exceed $200.
    39(d) 40An inactive fee, not to exceed $100.
    47(e) 48A delinquent fee, not to exceed $100.
    55(f) 56A reactivation fee, not to exceed $100.
    63(g) 64A voluntary inactive fee, not to exceed $100.
    72(2) 73The board shall establish fees at a level, not to exceed the statutory fee cap, that is adequate to ensure the continued operation of the regulatory program under this part. The board shall neither set nor maintain the fees at a level that will substantially exceed this need.
