SECTION 468.535. Investigations; audits; review.

1(1) 2The department may make investigations, audits, or reviews within or outside this state as it deems necessary:
19(a) 20To determine whether a person or company has violated or is in danger of violating any provision of this part, chapter 455, or any rule or order thereunder; or
49(b) 50To aid in the enforcement of this part or chapter 455.
61(2) 62All material compiled by the department in any investigation, audit, review of a proposed change of ownership of an employee leasing company, or other review under this part is subject to ss. 94455.225(2) 95and 96455.229(1)97.
