SECTION 468.4535. Exceptions.

1This part does not apply when a student is ineligible to participate in a particular intercollegiate sport unless:
19(1) 20The student athlete’s eligibility to participate is restored in that particular sport; or
33(2) 34The student is or becomes eligible to participate in a different intercollegiate sport, in which case this part shall apply for the different intercollegiate sport.
