  SECTION 468.364. Fees; establishment; disposition.

  • 1(1) 2The board shall establish by rule fees for the following purposes:
    13(a) 14Application, a fee not to exceed $50.
    21(b) 22Initial licensure, a fee not to exceed $200.
    30(c) 31Renewal of licensure, a fee not to exceed $200 biennially.
    41(d) 42Renewal of inactive licensure, a fee not to exceed $50.
    52(e) 53Reactivation, a fee not to exceed $50.
    60(2) 61The fees established pursuant to subsection (1) shall be based upon the actual costs incurred by the department in carrying out its responsibilities under this part.
    87(3) 88All moneys collected by the department under this part shall be deposited as required by s. 104456.025105.
