SECTION 468.1745. Prohibitions; penalties.

1(1) 2No person shall:
5(a) 6Practice nursing home administration unless the person holds an active license to practice nursing home administration.
22(b) 23Use the name or title “nursing home administrator” when the person has not been licensed pursuant to this act.
42(c) 43Present as his or her own the license of another.
53(d) 54Give false or forged evidence to the board or a member thereof for the purpose of obtaining a license.
73(e) 74Use or attempt to use a nursing home administrator’s license which has been suspended or revoked.
90(f) 91Knowingly employ unlicensed persons in the practice of nursing home administration.
102(g) 103Knowingly conceal information relative to violations of this part.
112(2) 113Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 136775.082 137or s. 139775.083140.
