SECTION 468.1265. Sale or distribution of hearing aids through mail; penalty.

1It is unlawful for any person to sell or distribute hearing aids through the mail to the ultimate consumer. Any person who violates this section commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 38775.082 39or s. 41775.08342.
