SECTION 466.011. Licensure.

1The board shall certify for licensure by the department any applicant who satisfies the requirements of s. 18466.006, 19s. 20466.0067, 21or s. 23466.00724. The board may refuse to certify an applicant who has violated any of the provisions of s. 42466.026 43or s. 45466.02846.
