CHAPTER 466. DENTISTRY, DENTAL HYGIENE, AND DENTAL LABORATORIES |

- 1(1) 2The board shall revoke a health access dental license upon:12(a) 13The licensee’s termination from employment from a qualifying health access setting;24(b) 25Final agency action determining that the licensee has violated any provision of s. 38466.027 39or s. 41466.028, 42other than infractions constituting citation offenses or minor violations; or52(c) 53Failure of the Florida dental licensure examination.60(2) 61Failure of an individual licensed pursuant to s. 69466.0067 70to limit the practice of dentistry to health access settings as defined in s. 84466.003 85constitutes the unlicensed practice of dentistry.
