SECTION 464.205. Availability of disciplinary records and proceedings.

1Pursuant to s. 4456.073, 5any complaint or record maintained by the department pursuant to the discipline of a certified nursing assistant and any proceeding held by the board to discipline a certified nursing assistant shall remain open and available to the public.
