SECTION 456.069. Authority to inspect.

1In addition to the authority specified in s. 9465.017, 10duly authorized agents and employees of the department shall have the power to inspect in a lawful manner at all reasonable hours:
32(1) 33Any pharmacy; or
36(2) 37Any establishment at which the services of a licensee authorized to prescribe controlled substances specified in chapter 893 are offered,
57for the purpose of determining if any of the provisions of this chapter or any practice act of a profession or any rule adopted thereunder is being violated; or for the purpose of securing such other evidence as may be needed for prosecution.
