SECTION 455.2035. Rulemaking authority for professions not under a board.

1The department may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 9120.536(1) 10and 11120.54 12to implement the regulatory requirements of any profession within the department’s jurisdiction which does not have a statutorily authorized regulatory board.
