SECTION 448.23. Exclusions.

1Except as specified in ss. 6448.22(1)(c) 7and 8448.26, 9this part does not apply to:
15(1) 16Business entities duly registered as farm labor contractors pursuant to part III of chapter 450;
31(2) 32Employee leasing companies, as defined in s. 39468.520;
40(3) 41Temporary help services engaged in supplying solely white collar employees, secretarial employees, clerical employees, or skilled laborers;
58(4) 59Labor union hiring halls; or
64(5) 65Labor bureau or employment offices operated by a business entity for the sole purpose of employing an individual for its own use.
