SECTION 440.515. Reports from self-insurers; confidentiality.

1The department shall maintain the reports filed in accordance with former s. 13440.51(6)(b) 14as confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 23119.07(1), 24and such reports shall be released only for bona fide research or educational purposes or after receipt of consent from the employer.
