1(1) 2Except as otherwise provided, ss. 744.4018-944.406 10apply to any mediation:
14(a) 15Required by statute, court rule, agency rule or order, oral or written case-specific court order, or court administrative order;
34(b) 35Conducted under ss. 3844.40139-4044.406 41by express agreement of the mediation parties; or
49(c) 50Facilitated by a mediator certified by the Supreme Court, unless the mediation parties expressly agree not to be bound by ss. 7144.40172-7344.40674.
75(2) 76Notwithstanding any other provision, the mediation parties may agree in writing that any or all of s. 9344.405(1), 94s. 9544.405(2), 96or s. 9844.406 99will not apply to all or part of a mediation proceeding.
