SECTION 429.911. Denial, suspension, revocation of license; emergency action; administrative fines; investigations and inspections.

1(1) 2The agency may deny, revoke, and suspend a license under this part, impose an action under s. 19408.814, 20and impose an administrative fine against the owner of an adult day care center or its operator or employee in the manner provided in chapter 120 for the violation of any provision of this part, part II of chapter 408, or applicable rules.
63(2) 64Each of the following actions by the owner of an adult day care center or by its operator or employee is a ground for action by the agency against the owner of the center or its operator or employee:
103(a) 104An intentional or negligent act materially affecting the health or safety of center participants.
118(b) 119A violation of this part or of any standard or rule under this part or part II of chapter 408.
139(c) 140Failure to comply with the background screening standards of this part, s. 152408.809(1), 153or chapter 435.
156(d) 157Failure to follow the criteria and procedures provided under part I of chapter 394 relating to the transportation, voluntary admission, and involuntary examination of center participants.
183(e) 184Multiple or repeated violations of this part or of any standard or rule adopted under this part or part II of chapter 408.
207(3) 208The agency is responsible for all investigations and inspections conducted pursuant to this part and s. 224408.811225.
