SECTION 429.69. Denial, revocation, and suspension of a license.

1In addition to the requirements of part II of chapter 408, the agency may deny, suspend, and revoke a license for any of the following reasons:
27(1) 28Failure to comply with the background screening standards of this part, s. 40408.809(1), 41or chapter 435.
44(2) 45Failure to correct cited fire code violations that threaten the health, safety, or welfare of residents.
