SECTION 414.025. Legislative intent.

1(1) 2It is the intent of the Legislature that families in this state be strong and economically self-sufficient so as to require minimal involvement by an efficient government.
29(2) 30This chapter does not entitle any individual or family to assistance under Title IV-A of the Social Security Act, as amended.
