SECTION 413.731. Legislative funding; contracting for services.

1(1) 2The services prescribed to be provided by the division pursuant to this part are required only to the extent they are funded by the Legislature.
27(2) 28The division may also apply for funds and grants from private sources, the Federal Government, or any other source.
47(3) 48The division may contract with other persons to provide the services which it is required to provide.
65(4) 66Notwithstanding anything contained in this part to the contrary, the division is the payor of last resort regarding the provision of any services under this part.
