SECTION 410.036. Eligibility for services.

1Criteria for determining eligibility for this program shall be the same as criteria used to determine eligibility for assistance under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, as the same exists on July 1, 1977, or shall be the same as financial criteria used to determine eligibility for nursing home care under the Medicaid program.
