SECTION 409.5091. Department responsible for weatherizing agencies; energy assessment.

1(1) 2The department is responsible for ensuring that weatherizing agencies comply with state laws and department rules.
18(2) 19Before a residence is weatherized, the department shall require that an energy assessment be conducted.
