SECTION 409.4101. Rulemaking authority.

1Following entry into the new Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children by this state pursuant to ss. 19409.408 20and 21409.409, 22any rules adopted by the Interstate Commission shall not be binding unless also adopted by this state through the rulemaking process. The Department of Children and Families shall have rulemaking authority pursuant to ss. 56120.536(1) 57and 58120.54 59to implement the provisions of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children created under s. 75409.40876.
