SECTION 409.409. Effect of existing compact provisions.

1The provisions of the existing Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, as created under s. 17409.401, 18shall remain in effect until repealed by entry into the new Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children, as created under s. 40409.408, 41by the Governor as authorized by ss. 48409.40849-50409.410151.
