SECTION 408.041. Certificate of need required; penalties.

1It is unlawful for any person to undertake a project subject to review under ss. 16408.03117-18408.045 19without a valid certificate of need. Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 47775.082 48or s. 50775.08351. Each day of continuing violation shall be considered a separate offense.
