SECTION 403.9425. Revocation or suspension of certification.

1Any certification may be revoked or suspended:
8(1) 9For any material false statement in the application or in the supplemental or additional statements of fact or studies required of the applicant when a true answer would have warranted the board’s refusal to recommend a certification in the first instance.
50(2) 51For failure to comply with the terms or conditions of the certification.
63(3) 64For violation of the provisions of ss. 71403.940172-73403.9425 74or rules or orders issued thereunder.
