SECTION 403.890. Water Protection and Sustainability Program.

1(1) 2Revenues deposited into or appropriated to the Water Protection and Sustainability Program Trust Fund shall be distributed by the Department of Environmental Protection for the following purposes:
29(a) 30The alternative water supply program as provided in s. 39373.70740.
41(b) 42The water storage facility revolving loan fund as provided in s. 53373.47554.
55(2) 56Revenues deposited into or appropriated to the Water Protection and Sustainability Program Trust Fund for purposes of the water storage facility revolving loan fund may only be used for such purposes.
87(3) 88On June 30, 2009, and every 24 months thereafter, the Department of Environmental Protection shall request the return of all unencumbered funds distributed for the purposes of the alternative water supply program. These funds shall be deposited into the Water Protection and Sustainability Program Trust Fund and redistributed for such purposes.
