SECTION 403.873. Renewal of license.

1(1) 2The department shall renew a license upon receipt of the renewal application, proof of completion of department-approved continuing education units during the current biennium, and the renewal fee, and in accordance with the other provisions of ss. 39403.86540-41403.87642.
43(2) 44The department shall adopt a procedure for the biennial renewal of licenses, including the requirements for continuing education.
