SECTION 403.7545. Regulation of used oil as hazardous waste.

1Nothing in ss. 4403.755-6403.769 7and s. 9526.01, 10as amended by chapter 84-338, Laws of Florida, shall prohibit the department from regulating used oil in a manner consistent with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, or as a hazardous waste in a manner consistent with s. 241 of the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments of 1984, Pub. L. No. 98-616.
