SECTION 403.7236. Local government information to be sent to the department.

1Each county shall transmit the following information to the department, according to guidelines established under s. 17403.722618:
19(1) 20A summary of the information gathered during its local hazardous waste management assessment;
33(2) 34Information gathered from each small quantity generator not notified or verified previously; and
47(3) 48Onsite information gathered from each existing small quantity generator verification.
