SECTION 403.532. Revocation or suspension of certification.

1Any certification may be revoked or suspended:
8(1) 9For any material false statement in the application or in the supplemental or additional statements of fact or studies required of the applicant when a true answer would have warranted the board’s refusal to recommend a certification in the first instance.
50(2) 51For failure to comply with the terms or conditions of the certification.
63(3) 64For violation of the provisions of this act or rules or orders issued hereunder.
