SECTION 403.5185. Law applicable to applications processed under ss. 403.501-403.518.

1Any application for electrical power plant certification filed pursuant to ss. 12403.50113-14403.518 15shall be processed under the provisions of the law applicable at the time the application was filed, except that the provisions relating to cancellation of the certification hearing under s. 45403.508(6), 46the provisions relating to the final disposition of the application and issuance of the written order by the secretary under s. 67403.509(1)(a), 68and notice of the cancellation of the certification hearing under s. 79403.5115 80may apply to any application for electrical power plant certification.
