SECTION 400.968. Right of entry.

1In addition to the requirements of s. 8408.811, 9any designated officer or employee of the agency, or any officer or employee of the state or of the local fire marshal, may enter unannounced the premises of any facility licensed under this part in order to determine the state of compliance with this part, part II of chapter 408, and applicable rules.
