SECTION 400.0071. State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program complaint procedures.

1The department, in consultation with the state ombudsman, shall adopt rules implementing state and local complaint procedures. The rules must include procedures for receiving, investigating, identifying, and resolving complaints concerning the health, safety, welfare, and rights of residents.
