SECTION 397.6771. Protective custody with consent.

- 1A person in circumstances which justify protective custody, as described in s. 13397.677, 14may consent to be assisted by a law enforcement officer to his or her home, to a hospital, or to a licensed detoxification or addictions receiving facility, whichever the officer determines is most appropriate.
