SECTION 397.6759. Parental participation in treatment.

1A parent, legal guardian, or legal custodian who seeks involuntary admission of a minor pursuant to ss. 18397.67519-20397.6977 21is required to participate in all aspects of treatment as determined appropriate by the director of the licensed service provider.
