SECTION 395.302. Patient records; penalties for alteration.

1(1) 2Any person who fraudulently alters, defaces, or falsifies any medical record, or causes or procures any of these offenses to be committed, commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 36775.082 37or s. 39775.08340.
41(2) 42A conviction under subsection (1) is also grounds for restriction, suspension, or termination of license privileges.
