  SECTION 394.924. Severability.

  • 1If any section, subsection, or provision of this part is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining portions of this part shall be unaffected because the Legislature declares that the provisions of this part are severable from each other.
