  SECTION 394.497. Case management services.

  • 1(1) 2As used in this section, the term “case management” means those activities aimed at:
    16(a) 17Developing and implementing a services plan specified in s. 26394.49627.
    28(b) 29Providing advocacy services.
    32(c) 33Linking service providers to a child or adolescent and his or her family.
    46(d) 47Monitoring the delivery of services.
    52(e) 53Collecting information to determine the effect of services and treatment.
    63(2) 64The department shall develop standards for case management services and procedures for appointing case managers. It is the intent of the Legislature that case management services not be duplicated or fragmented and that such services promote the continuity and stability of a case manager assigned to a child or adolescent and his or her family.
