1(1) 2For the services required to be performed under ss. 11392.55, 12392.56, 13392.57, 14and 15392.62, 16compensation shall be paid as follows:
22(a) 23The sheriff shall receive the same fees and mileage as are prescribed for like services in criminal cases.
41(b) 42The counsel appointed by the court to represent an indigent person shall receive compensation as provided in s. 6027.530461.
62(2) 63All fees, mileage, and charges provided to the sheriff pursuant to paragraph (1)(a) shall be taxed by the court as costs in each proceeding and shall be paid by the board of county commissioners. All compensation provided to court-appointed counsel pursuant to paragraph (1)(b) shall be taxed by the court as costs and paid by the state.
